Bicep, a critically acclaimed Belfast-born, London-based electronic music duo consisting of childhood friends Matt McBriar and Andy Ferguson are also big foodies! They connected with our long term collaborator Lap-Fai Lee to come up with a special using their Hoots Hot sauce. As one of the guys are pescatarian, Lap created an amazing battered fish burger, Japanese tartar and a health dose of the Bicep hot sauce! We need to do this again!
